- Proof of Condition: To be eligible for a return, you must record a 360-degree video of the parcel as you open it. This video serves as proof of the product’s condition upon receipt and will be required during the return process.
- Raise a Return Ticket: Once you’ve confirmed the product’s condition, please raise a return ticket at https://return.yourindianfriend.com/. Be sure to include the video proof along with your request.
- Eligibility: Returns will only be processed if the product is found to be defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same procedure as outlined above. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
